Job summary

Juniper Landscaping in Bradenton, FL, is seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman to supervise and work alongside a landscape construction crew, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards.

You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate equipment and materials, supervise installation techniques and safety, maintain schedules, and ensure on-site quality control while leading a team in extreme temperatures outdoors.

Qualifications

Experience supervising landscape construction crews.
Able to read landscape plans.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work outside in extreme temperatures.
Experience with loaders, skid steers, excavators and related equipment.

Responsibilities

Overseeing daily site operations for landscape construction crew
Coordinating the equipment and materials needed for each project
Supervising and training crew members on installation techniques, equipment operation, and safety aspects
Maintaining project schedules and completing landscape construction projects within deadlines
Overseeing quality control on job sites
Safely operating equipment such as loaders, skid steers, and excavators
Loading/unloading cargo, heavy equipment, and planting materials
Reading landscape plans and providing landscape material layouts
Daily timekeeping of work hours on job sites for crew members
Ensuring equipment and truck/trailer are in working order and properly maintained
