Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow plans, measurements, layouts, and construction details.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field team to complete high-quality residential landscape projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, estimators, and owners to provide progress updates and resolve roadblocks.
• Review layouts and project scopes to ensure crews meet plans; track labor, materials, and equipment used; address problems promptly.
