Job summary

Dennis' 7 Dees is seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman to lead a small crew on North Oregon Coast projects from start to finish. The role covers patios, retaining walls, irrigation, water features, and plantings with emphasis on safety and high-quality finishes.

You will oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate with managers, and document progress while working year-round at our Seaside location. The position offers competitive wages and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscape construction experience in a supervisory role required.
• Ability to install pavers, walls, drainage, irrigation, lighting systems, and water features with minimal supervision.
• Experience operating landscape equipment: skid steers, trenchers, saws, plate compactors, sod cutters, and power tools.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. and to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, twist, climb, and squat.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape construction projects from start to finish with minimal oversight
• Install landscapes according to project plans, scope of work, and contract specifications
• Supervise the daily activities of crew members and leads, including training and ensuring safe working conditions
• Communicate material and labor needs to keep projects on schedule
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, sales staff, and customers as needed
• Submit accurate job paperwork and documentation in a timely manner
• Document job progress with before, during, and after project photos
• Support the pre-bid process and participate in divisional training
