Job summary

Dennis' 7 Dees Landscaping & Garden Centers is seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman to lead a small crew on North Oregon Coast projects. You will build patios, walls, irrigation, water features, and plantings from start to finish, prioritizing safety and quality.

The Seaside location serves residential and commercial clients along the coast. You’ll oversee crews, coordinate with PMs and sales, and ensure timely completion with precise paperwork and progress photos.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscape construction experience in a supervisory role.
• Ability to install pavers, walls, drainage, irrigation, lighting systems, and water features with minimal supervision.
• Experience operating landscape equipment such as skid steers, trenchers, saws, plate compactors, sod cutters, and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape construction projects from start to finish with minimal oversight.
• Install landscapes according to project plans, scope of work, and contract specifications.
• Supervise daily crew activities, training, and safety.
• Communicate material and labor needs to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, sales staff, and customers as needed.
• Submit accurate job paperwork and documentation in a timely manner.
• Document job progress with before, during, and after project photos.
• Support the pre-bid process and participate in divisional training.
