Job summary

Populous, a global design firm, seeks a Landscape Architect to join OJB Studios, a Populous company, to lead complex landscape projects for public assemblies, airports, and venues.

Candidates should have 7+ years of experience, a professional degree in Landscape Architecture, and licensure. Travel may be required as projects span multiple sites.

You will mentor teams, present designs to clients, and collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams to deliver iconic environments.

Qualifications

• Professional Degree in Landscape Architecture (BLA/MLA) from an accredited program.
• 7+ years of professional landscape architectural experience.
• Registered Landscape Architect with current license.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams to conceptualize and develop ideas, diagrams, and models.
• Participate in collaborative critiques and provide feedback on concepts.
• Prepare design presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Support project managers during construction administration.
• Coach and mentor staff.
• Ensure design intent and project goals while meeting schedules and budgets.
