Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing in Winston-Salem area seeks an experienced Landscape Architect to lead site and land development projects from concept through completion within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. You will develop site and planting plans, prepare construction documents, conduct site visits, and present designs to clients and agencies while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture or related design field.
RLA license strongly preferred or ability to obtain in the future.
Proficiency with CAD and 3D design tools.

Responsibilities

Lead landscape design projects from concept through final implementation.
Develop site plans, layouts, and planting plans for parks, commercial, and residential projects.
Prepare grading plans, planting plans, and technical specifications.
Perform site visits to assess topography, vegetation, and drainage.
Present concepts to clients and agencies, incorporating feedback.
Mentor junior team members and support business development.
Ensure designs comply with zoning, permitting, and environmental regs.
Participate in site visits and field observations to ensure construction intent.
