Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar membership required.
• Proven experience as a Land Use or Real Estate attorney.
• Strong knowledge of zoning ordinances and development codes.
• Excellent research, analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal advice regarding land use laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies, including zoning boards.
• Prepare and file applications, permits, and appeals.
• Research and analyze land use issues.
• Advise on legal and tax implications of real estate transactions.
• Negotiate settlements or agreements for clients.
• Collaborate with architects, planners and other professionals.
• Stay updated with changes in land use laws and regulations.
• Assist in property development from start to finish, including zoning and building laws.
