Job summary

10X Recruitment is partnering with a West Palm Beach boutique launching a dedicated land use and zoning practice. We are seeking a senior attorney who will own the practice, shape market strategy, develop the client base, and grow a team in a highly connected regulatory environment.

The successful candidate will be comfortable taking initiative, building the practice from ground up, and representing clients before local boards and agencies in Palm Beach County.

Qualifications

• Florida Bar member in good standing.
• Substantial experience in Florida land use, zoning, and entitlements.
• Track record of taking applications through full approval process and arguing before boards.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead land use and zoning practice from the ground up.
• Represent developers, property owners, and institutional clients through entitlement process.
• Advocate before municipal and county boards.
• Draft and negotiate development agreements and related instruments.
• Advise on comprehensive plan and land development regulation amendments.
• Counsel on environmental, permitting, and regulatory matters.
• Handle land use disputes and appeals.
• Work with Managing Partner on business development and public positioning.
• Supervise paralegal and future attorneys as the group grows.
