Location: Princeton, NJ, US

Join our Technical Development team as a Laboratory Technician and play a key role in shaping innovative fragrance solutions within our Perfumery & Beauty division. As the Lead Laboratory Technician, Perfumery & Beauty, you'll support both proactive and client-driven fragrance and technology development projects within the Air Care category. You'll contribute to the design and execution of scientific studies, method development, and technical evaluations that help deliver winning fragrance experiences and consumer-preferred benefits. Working alongside experienced scientists and cross-functional partners, you'll help translate insights into innovative solutions while ensuring the highest standards of quality, precision and execution.

Your Key Responsibilities:

You Bring:

• 4+ years' experience in Perfumery or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company strongly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint with ability to chart and present data
• Passion for problem solving and ability to plan, manage and prioritize multiple projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Food Science or related field

Salary $75,000-$80,000.
