Job summary

Eurofins USA Food Testing in Madison, WI seeks a Lab Supervisor to oversee method development/validation and the analysis of samples. You will lead scientific and operational staff, ensure accurate data review, and maintain compliance with GMP/GLP and ISO/IEC 17025 guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a BS/BA in Science, 2+ years of experience with 1+ year in leadership, and the ability to commute to the Madison lab. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science or equivalent.
• 2+ years related experience and 1+ years leadership experience.
• Knowledge of appropriate regulatory agency guidelines.
• Ability to reside within commutable distance to Madison, WI lab.

Responsibilities

• Supervise scientific and operational staff on method development/validation and sample analysis.
• Oversee analytical data review, data management, and report generation.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP/GLP, and ISO/IEC 17025:2005 guidelines.
• Coordinate resources and training; support site operations as needed.
