Job Description

Assists in performing laboratory activities and other assigned tasks; aids in preparing laboratory specimens and supplies. May be responsible for entering laboratory orders and results. Ensures the accuracy and quality of laboratory data in a safe and professional work environment. Expected to train and onboard new employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or General Educational Development Diploma (GED) required.
• Two years of laboratory related experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification required. Completion of a formal phlebotomy program preferred.
• May be required to have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
