Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Lead Laboratory Technician for a fully onsite role in Indianapolis, IN. You will lead diagnostic, clinical, and research testing, supervise a team, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across multiple shifts.

You will calibrate and troubleshoot instruments, manage reagents and inventory, review data, and communicate progress to stakeholders while driving process improvements and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, Biotechnology or related field.
• At least 3 years of laboratory experience in clinical, diagnostic, research, analytical, or testing environments.
• Experience in regulated environments with SOPs, quality standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of laboratory technicians across multiple shifts.
• Train, mentor, and monitor team on procedures, safety, and quality standards.
• Ensure timely testing and maintain documentation and data integrity.
