Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a qualified Phlebotomist with supervisory responsibilities to support daily operations in specimen collection and processing. The role includes acting as supervisor in its absence and performing phlebotomy duties when not supervising.

Requirements include a High School diploma and at least two years of phlebotomy experience; supervisory experience is preferred. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

Assists supervisor in managing the daily operations of the specimen collection and processing. Acts as supervisor in the absence of the supervisor. Functions as a Phlebotomist when not performing supervisory duties (90%).

Qualifications

High School diploma required, at minimum. Minimum of two years of phlebotomy in a clinical type setting is required. Experience must be strong in Phlebotomy. Management or supervisory experience preferred. Excellent people skills a must.
