Qualifications

Master’s degree in engineering with 3+ years of automation experience.
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Strong theoretical knowledge and ability to work across interfaces.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead lab automation projects from concept to realization.
Specify and implement innovative automation solutions and improve existing systems.
Develop and maintain technical standards and blueprints within scope.
Coordinate with internal and external partners across international interfaces.
Plan, design, install and test GMP-compliant technical systems.
