Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and support Fermentation Technicians.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain quality standards and complete batch records and reports.
• Ensure GMP, SQF and food safety practices are followed.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and attend department meetings.
