Job summary

Tech Mahindra seeks a Lead Knowledge Graph Engineer to evaluate, optimize, and scale our biomedical data infrastructure. You will bridge complex biomedical data with actionable AI, perform health checks, refine bio-ontologies, and shape the roadmap for GraphRAG and GenAI platforms.

The role requires 10+ years in graph technologies, expertise in RDF/OWL and LPG schemas, and experience aligning data to biomedical standards. Hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

10+ years of engineering experience with Graph Databases, Triple Stores, or LPGs.
Experience with RDF/OWL and LPG schemas for enterprise scalability.
Experience modeling biomedical data and knowledge graphs.
Knowledge of pharma ontologies and bio-ontologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Platform Assessment: health-check existing graph databases and cluster infrastructure.
Ontology & Schema Review: evaluate RDF/OWL and LPG schemas for scalability.
Standards Alignment: map internal data to MeSH, SNOMED, UMLS.
Performance Optimization: optimize real-time ingestion and complex query performance.
Strategic Roadmap: write Way Forward reports on cloud migration and build-vs-buy decisions.
AI & LLM Integration: design architecture to connect graphs with LLMs using GraphRAG.
Stakeholder Alignment: translate graph concepts into business value for Research & Clinical teams.
