Compass Group USA's Eurest division is hiring a full-time CHEF for the Micron site in Manassas, VA. This night-shift role runs 5:00 pm–5:00 am and requires supervisory experience, strong culinary and hospitality skills, and a commitment to food safety and quality.

You will direct kitchen activities, supervise cooks and associates, ensure sanitation, manage inventories, and contribute to menu development while delivering excellent service to our client at this corporate location.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required for leading kitchen teams.
• Strong culinary skills and hospitality mindset essential.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation and portion control.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and evaluates kitchen and food-service activities.
• Supervises cooks and associates, handles scheduling, payroll, training and performance reviews.
• Prepares high-quality meals per recipes, maintains portion control and serving temperatures.
• Manages inventory, receives and inspects supplies, tracks waste and food usage.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and workstation; supports recipe and menu development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
