Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Lead Carpenter to work on kitchen remodeling projects in the Buffalo, NY area. You will execute installations, lead a team, ensure safety, and maintain quality workmanship.

The role offers a 4-day workweek with three-day weekends, year-round indoor work, tools and a vehicle provided, bonus opportunities, health insurance, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of carpentry or related residential renovation experience.
• Experience in kitchen remodeling preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Lead and collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in carpentry and ideally kitchen remodeling.
• Strong knowledge of installation techniques, tools, and materials.
