Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group seeks a Panda Cook to lead and support kitchen operations, ensuring meals meet company recipes and standards. You will help train staff, maintain a welcoming dining environment, and handle back-of-house tasks with efficiency.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, following safety standards and collaborating with team members to deliver quality Asian dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Some high school
• Prefer some Operations experience
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Preparing all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
• Guiding Kitchen Team and assisting with their training
• Performing all Back of House responsibilities
