Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Panda Cook to lead with passion in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will create dishes to our recipes, support a welcoming guest environment and guide the kitchen team in training and daily duties.

The role emphasizes back-of-house responsibilities, adherence to safety standards, and teamwork to maintain high-quality service. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within the operation.

Qualifications

• High school education is required or preferred.
• Some Operations experience is preferred.
• Food Safety requirements such as a Food Handler certification may be acquired at applicant’s expense.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Preparing all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
• Guiding Kitchen Team and assisting with their training
• Performing all Back of House responsibilities
