Northbay Kitchen & Bath is seeking an experienced Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer to own luxury residential projects from concept to completion. You will design beautiful, functional spaces and guide clients through design and purchasing with premium cabinetry and finishes.
Role involves on-site measurements, detailed cabinetry layouts, and close coordination with our construction team to deliver exceptional client experiences. Strong sales and presentation skills are essential.

As our Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer, you’ll guide homeowners through one of the biggest investments they’ll make in their home. You’ll combine creative design, technical expertise, and relationship-building to deliver an outstanding client experience.
