Cabinet IQ is seeking a Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our Fresno showroom. You will design dream kitchens and baths, meet clients on-site for measurements, and use 2020 Design to create tailored solutions that close leads.

With 5+ years in kitchen design and sales, you will leverage your expertise and Microsoft Office skills to manage multiple projects and build strong relationships with builders and designers in the local market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience.
• Proficient in 2020 Design Software.
• Strong math and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and curate tailored design solutions.
• Meet clients on-site to take field measurements and design kitchens using 2020 Design.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance.
• Participate in company training and development programs.
• Staff the showroom daily when not at appointments.
• Build relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals through local networking.

Schedule / Expected Work Hours

• Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.

Compensation

• Base salary 41,600 + uncapped commission

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
