The Lead Kindergarten teacher will be supported by an assistant teacher.
Founded in 1969, Washington Waldorf School operates in the Cabin John/Glen Echo area of Bethesda, MD, just outside of Washington, DC. The school serves 285 students and their families, from ages pre-K through Grade 12. Washington Waldorf cultivates each student’s capacity to think clearly, feel compassionately, and act purposefully in the world. The compensation for this position includes a salary range of $53k-$63k and our full benefits package which includes health, disability and life insurance; dental reimbursement; retirement plan (after 1 year of employment); optional dental, vison and illness/accident insurance; professional development support; and tuition remission for the teacher’s children attending WWS.
