The Junkluggers of Winchester & Martinsburg is seeking a dependable Junk Removal Driver who will lead a two-person crew, safely operate company trucks, and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll manage in-field tasks, communicate with customers, and ensure donations, recycling, or responsible disposal whenever possible.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company trucks and transport crew members and materials.
• Lead your crew and ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job.
• Communicate professionally with customers and address questions or concerns.
• Provide accurate pricing and service information.
• Safely load, transport, and unload furniture, appliances, and other items.
• Make decisions in the field to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Identify items for donation, recycling, or responsible disposal.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Keep trucks and equipment clean and professional.
• Help generate referrals and repeat business through outstanding service.
• Represent The Junkluggers brand with professionalism and integrity.
