Quality Comfort Pros, a family-owned plumbing company, is seeking a Journeyman/Master Plumber to join our team. You will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings, read blueprints, and lead crews of 2–10 plumbers to deliver high‑quality workmanship.

Travel to service areas including Gaylord, Boyne, Petoskey and Harbor Springs is expected. MI licensing, 3+ years as a lead plumber, and strong problem‑solving and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in MI.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Lead Plumber, residential/commercial.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and using power/hand tools; Service Titan a plus.
• Customer service excellence, especially in high-end residential environments.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in confined spaces.
• Strong diagnostic and independent decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and team.
• Background check and valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings.
• Read blueprints and diagrams to determine layout of plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and equipment malfunctions to ensure performance.
• Lead and mentor crews of 2–10 plumbers; provide guidance and mentorship.
• Ensure work complies with codes, specs, and safety regulations.
• Attend weekly meetings and coordinate with on-site supervisor and GC.
• Maintain detailed logs of job sites, time, materials, and follow-up needs.
