RLP Mechanical is seeking a skilled Lead Journeyman Plumber Foreman for commercial new construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You’ll lead crews, ensure quality install of plumbing systems, and keep projects on schedule.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in commercial plumbing, 2–4 years in a lead role, and a Texas Journeyman license. We offer strong pay ($40–$50/hr), weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a company truck with gas card.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of commercial plumbing experience, with at least 2–4 years in a Lead / Foreman role.
• Valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing License is required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and train a team effectively
• Deep knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
• Commitment to safety & compliance with all local and state regulations
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check

Responsibilities

• Supervising and leading a team of 2–4 apprentices on commercial new construction and retrofit projects
• Coordinating installations to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Ensuring all plumbing work meets industry codes and best practices
• Inspecting installations and troubleshooting potential issues before they become problems
• Working alongside contractors to streamline project execution
• Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations
