Qualifications

• Current and valid Texas Journeyman Certification.
• Commercial/Industrial project experience preferred.
• Willingness to work night shifts and/or overtime.

Responsibilities

• Take lead to delegate tasks and train craftworkers, ensuring effective communication of work plans and smooth operations.
• Demonstrate initiative, supporting team success and safety.
• Perform installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems across commercial, industrial and residential settings.
• Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, bend, thread, and install wire and cable systems.
• Feed, pull, and terminate wires within control centers, distribution boxes, transformers, and switchgear.
• Troubleshoot issues and prepare sketches and schematic diagrams.
• Maintain high workmanship standards, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Must possess a current and valid Texas Journeyman Certification.
• Install, repair, maintain, and test commercial, industrial and residential electrical systems.
• Splice and terminate wires at junction points.
• Delegate tasks and assist with training other employees.
• Communicate effectively with Foremen and crew members.
• Adhere to safety procedures and protocols.
