Job summary

Engineered Structures Inc. is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on commercial, industrial, and residential projects in Butte, MT.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License (state-specific required).
• 5+ years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician, leadership experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes.
• Strong troubleshooting, reading blueprints, and interpretation of electrical diagrams.
• Experience with commercial and industrial electrical systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, read blueprints and schematics.
• Diagnose problems, perform inspections, and ensure safety and code compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to meet deadlines.
• Enforce safety policies and manage material inventory and reporting.
