IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical, a subsidiary of IES Holdings, seeks a full-time Journeyman Electrician in Pecos, Texas. The role involves supervising and coordinating activities of craft workers, interpreting blueprints and job orders, and ensuring safety documentation and quality of work as per specifications.

Travel may be required. Candidates must have a state Journeyman license, 5+ years of commercial electrical experience, and OSHA 10 or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent commercial electrical field experience.
• Current state Electrical Journeyman license.
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain.
• Pass pre-employment background and MVR checks when operating motor vehicles is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision
• Confirms completion & documentation of project safety activities as directed
• Inspects quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications
• Analyzes and resolves work problems
• Completes other duties as directed by supervisor
• Works from all types of ladders
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures
• Travel may be required.
