Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Perform manufacturing engineering tasks that do not require a 4-year degree, focusing on tactical responsibilities. This excludes general administrative work.
  2. Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline, utilizing prior experience and technical expertise to execute policies and strategies.
  3. Understand key business drivers and how the work of your team integrates with others to contribute to the area.
  4. Use judgment and propose solutions outside set parameters with guidance, leveraging prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Access technical skills and analytical thinking to resolve problems, often consulting multiple internal sources.
  5. Typically an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader capable of hiring and developing talent. Provide informal guidance to new team members.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university plus a minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience.
