Mills Automotive Group is seeking an experienced JLR Level 4 Technician / Shop Foreman to join our team in Columbia, South Carolina. This position allows you to leverage your technical abilities while providing leadership within the shop.

You will help develop the next generation of technicians and work with the latest Jaguar and Land Rover technology, ensuring high-quality repairs and shop efficiency. The role offers opportunities for growth and career advancement within our organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive Jaguar and Land Rover diagnostic and repair experience.
• Ability to diagnose complex concerns rather than simply replace components.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team while continuing to turn personal hours.
• Diagnose and repair complex Jaguar and Land Rover concerns.
• Coach and mentor developing technicians.
