Job summary

Qualifications
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience in SRE, Production Support, or Application Support.
- Expertise in AWS, Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or similar monitoring tools.
- Scripting and automation using Python or Shell.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise production environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead reliability, availability, and performance of critical Java-based applications.
- Drive incident management, RCA, and production support activities.
- Implement monitoring, observability, and automation solutions.
- Partner with development teams to improve application stability and resiliency.
- Define and manage SLAs, SLOs, and operational metrics.
