Job summary

VLink is seeking an experienced Senior Java Backend Engineer to lead a client-driven team and own the microservices roadmap. You will ensure high-quality deliverables, guide architectural decisions, and mentor engineers across backend and frontend components.

Ideal candidates have 9+ years in Java API development, strong Spring Boot expertise, and hands-on experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and MongoDB integrations.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of Java API development with Spring Boot and deployment experience.
• 5+ years front-end development with Angular, React, and NodeJS.
• 3+ years leading teams and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Strong OpenShift and Kubernetes knowledge for containerized apps.
• Experience integrating Java apps with MongoDB and Kafka is a plus.
• Solid design and programming skills with JSON, XML, and web services.
• Collaborative, agile, and effective in distributed project teams.
