Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts with 5+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced in Java/Spring, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, or Kafka; cloud platforms (internal or AWS).
• Experience leading AI-assisted development tools with validation for correctness and security.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
• Proficient in all aspects of the SDLC; knowledgeable in CI/CD, resiliency, and security.
• In-depth knowledge of financial services IT systems; practical cloud-native experience.
