Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Java core, Java 8+ and concurrency expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, microservices, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and implementation of Java applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Design and develop event-driven applications using Apache Kafka.
• Implement Kafka producers, consumers, topics, partitions, consumer groups, and message processing workflows.
• Develop scalable messaging solutions using Kafka Streams and Kafka Connect.
• Design and optimize Kafka-based data processing pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and development guidance to team members.
• Troubleshoot application performance, message processing, and production issues.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure code quality, application security, and adherence to development standards.
