Job summary

Ampcus Inc in Chicago, IL seeks an experienced full‑stack developer to design and build enterprise‑grade apps using ReactJS and Java (Spring Boot / Spring Cloud). You will implement REST APIs and microservices, enable event‑driven architectures with Kafka/JMS, and work with JPA/Hibernate for data persistence on Azure deployments with CI/CD pipelines.

This onsite role requires 8+ years of experience and visa‑independent candidates only; relocation is considered.

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant software development experience.
Experience building full-stack applications with ReactJS and Java/Spring.
Proficient in REST APIs, microservices, and Kafka/JMS messaging.
Experience with Azure deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong TDD and unit testing (JUnit, Mockito).

Responsibilities

Develop full stack applications using ReactJS and Java (Spring Boot / Spring Cloud).
Design and build REST APIs and microservices.
Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka and JMS.
Work with JPA/Hibernate for data persistence.
Develop high-performance, multi-threaded applications.
Deploy and manage applications on Azure.
Apply TDD practices and maintain high code quality.
Build and support CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with multiple clients and cross-functional teams.
