Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in janitorial services, preferably in large facilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, tools, and safety guidelines.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support janitorial staff daily.
• Assign cleaning tasks and ensure areas are maintained properly.
• Train and mentor team members for excellence and efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and address issues.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Respond quickly to cleanliness or maintenance issues.
• Communicate with site leadership and other departments as needed.
• Ensure safety procedures when using cleaning products and equipment.
• Maintain records of schedules, attendance, and evaluations.
• Perform custodial work during peak times or emergencies.
