ABM Industries is seeking a Front Half Night Janitorial Supervisor to lead a cleaning crew on evenings, ensuring tasks are completed to quality standards. You will supervise staff, assign duties, and train teammates in a busy facility.

The role requires strong leadership, reliable communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Night shift runs 4pm–2:30am, Monday–Thursday, with hourly compensation and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in janitorial services or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Capacity to work independently and manage a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced facility setting.
• Physical stamina to lift and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support janitorial staff daily.
• Assign cleaning tasks and ensure all areas are maintained properly.
• Train and mentor team members to promote excellence and efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and address issues.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring proper use.
• Respond to and resolve cleaning or maintenance issues promptly.
• Communicate with site leadership and other departments as needed.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed when using products and equipment.
• Maintain records of schedules, attendance, and evaluations.
• Perform custodial duties when extra support is needed or in emergencies.
