Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility operations in Edmond, OK. The role involves coordinating daily tasks, delegating assignments, and guiding staff when the Manager is away.

You will ensure standards for cleanliness and safety, operate specialized equipment, and handle cleaning chemicals while supporting janitorial duties as needed. This position is ideal for someone with at least 6 months of lead cleaner experience and a readiness to work the 10:00 PM–6:30 AM shift.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ month lead cleaner experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance.
• Provide supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present.
• Maintain established standards to keep buildings/facilities clean and safe for workers and customers.
• Operate specialized cleaning equipment and handle cleaning chemicals as required.
