Job summary

Union Depot is seeking a reliable Lead to oversee facility operations, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and standards are met. You will coordinate daily tasks, delegate assignments, and provide on-site guidance to crew.

As the on-site lead, you will supervise team members in the absence of the manager, maintain clean and safe environments for workers and customers, and assist with operating cleaning equipment and handling chemicals as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in facilities/janitorial services.
• Ability to delegate tasks and supervise daily operations.
• Knowledge of safety and cleaning protocols.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures.
