NSG, Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Lead Cleaner to join our commercial janitorial team at a professional office facility in the Blue Ash area. You will help lead the on-site team and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Report maintenance or safety concerns observed during your shift
• Assist the supervisor with daily operations and ensuring quality cleaning standards
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional appearance and attitude

What You'll Do

As a Lead Cleaner, you'll help ensure our client facility remains clean, sanitary, and presentable while supporting the on-site supervisor and team.

Responsibilities include:

• Dusting offices and common areas
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and high-touch surfaces
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Monitoring cleaning supply inventory and notifying management when replenishment is needed
• Reporting maintenance or safety concerns observed during your shift
• Assisting the supervisor with daily operations and helping ensure quality cleaning standards are met
• Providing excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude

Qualifications

• Bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive cleaning motions
• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the shift
