Job summary

MSNW Group LLC is seeking a full-time Working Supervisor / Floater to oversee cleaning operations across Spokane, WA and Post Falls, ID. You’ll inspect sites, supervise staff, perform hands-on cleaning when needed, and coordinate scheduling while traveling between locations.

The shift runs Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM with pay ranging from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour DOE, plus mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Organizational skills are a must.
• Experience in janitorial or facilities management is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple sites.
• Strong leadership and client service skills.
• Knowledge of janitorial industry and cleaning methods.
• Staff development experience is a plus.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Willingness to travel between Spokane, WA and Post Falls, ID sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections between Spokane, WA and Post Falls, ID to ensure cleaning standards.
• Fill in to perform hands-on cleaning duties when staff are unavailable.
• Supervise and support janitorial staff; monitor attendance and scheduling.
• Assign duties and inspect completed work against standards.
• Manage supplies and inventory; inform management when low.
• Provide training and guidance to staff; resolve conflicts.
• Assist with screening and hiring new applicants; advise on promotions or transfers.
• Communicate with management on site conditions and client concerns.
• Attend meetings and training sessions.
• Travel between client sites using personal transportation.
