• Network Management: design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure; monitor performance and security.
• Security Management: implement and enforce security policies; conduct assessments and audits.
• Team Leadership: mentor IT staff and collaborate with other departments on IT solutions.
• Project Management: plan and execute IT projects with budget adherence and vendor coordination.
• End User Support: serve as escalation point for Tier III and above support issues.
