Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2) highly preferred.
• SAFe 6.0 Senior Scrum Master or RTE Certification highly preferred.
• Delivery in multi-mode methodology is required (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Demonstrated experience managing projects involving enterprise-level software implementations, infrastructure upgrades, or system integrations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in the healthcare or medical-surgical industry is a plus.

As a Lead IT Project Manager at McKesson Medical‑Surgical Inc., you will be responsible for leading and managing complex IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
