Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead IT Product Manager to drive Enterprise Network Services as a Product. You will shape the vision and roadmap for data center, cloud, WAN, and LAN capabilities, partnering with Engineering to deliver measurable business outcomes such as scalability and secure connectivity.

You will manage governance, financial models, and TCO, collaborating with external vendors and internal stakeholders to balance cost, value, and risk while advancing automation and AI/observability

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management or IT service ownership in enterprise infrastructure.
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise networking (WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, cloud interconnects) and related services.
• Proven ability to develop and execute roadmaps for large-scale platforms.
• Cross-functional delivery leadership in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication with executives; translate technical detail into business value.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the vision for Network as a Product aligned with enterprise digital goals.
• Build a multi-year roadmap covering connectivity, security, automation, and cloud adoption.
• Champion a platform mindset: network services that are consumable, reliable, and measurable.
• Engage stakeholders to translate requirements into prioritized product features and services.
• Balance cost, speed, security, and scalability across initiatives.
• Guide cross-functional teams through delivery and lifecycle management.
