Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Irrigation Foreman to detect and repair irrigation systems while leading field crews outdoors. The role emphasizes safety, compliance with regulations, and hands-on management of equipment and crew performance.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of commercial irrigation installation experience, blueprints knowledge, and strong communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and irrigation certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Detect and repair the irrigation system.
• Read and interpret gauges related to the irrigation system.
• Manage employees and oversee production in the field.
• Ensure a safe environment for workers, vendors, clients and employees.
• Operate light/heavy equipment following regulations.
• Maintain equipment and alert supervisors to issues.
• Report problems with job site or equipment promptly.
• Demonstrate ethics and integrity aligned with company culture.
