Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an Ironworker Helper or Structural Ironworker.
• Ability to manage and plan workload for multiple crews.
• Proficiency in steel erection, fabrication, grid layout, rigging, and reading IFC drawings.
• Knowledge of safe rigging practices, bolting, fabrication, and welding basics.
• Ability to work at heights in excess of 300 ft.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in all weather conditions.
• Must have all required tools and reliable transportation.
• Ability to wear all required PPE.
• Basic math skills for craft duties.
