Job summary

CCS INC is seeking an experienced Senior iOS Developer to lead a team while contributing to the hands-on development of high-quality native iOS apps. You will translate product requirements into scalable architectures using Swift and/or Objective-C, align with backend, QA, UX, and product teams, and drive secure, polished releases for Apple platforms.

You will guide implementation standards, support engineers, and ensure design principles are followed, continually staying current with Apple

Qualifications

• At least eight years of native iOS development experience using Swift and/or Objective-C.
• Experience leading a development team or guiding engineers through delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Xcode, CocoaPods, Git and source-control practices.
• Experience designing iOS architecture and maintainable, tested code.
• Knowledge of Apple design principles and UI consistency.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and offline storage strategies.
• Familiarity with App Store submission guidelines and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, clarify needs, and define scope, features, and delivery plan.
• Design and maintain iOS architecture, UI components, and data storage.

About The Role

As the Senior iOS Developer and team ji lead, you will oversee the design, development, testing, and release of native iOS applications. You will translate product requirements into maintainable application architecture and intuitive user experiences, using Swift and/or Objective-C. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership: you will help set implementation standards, support team members, coordinate work across functions, and contribute to successful App Store releases.

You will work closely with backend, quality assurance, user experience, and product colleagues to deliver features that meet functional, performance, accessibility, and security expectations. The role calls for a practical problem-solver who can assess trade-offs, communicate technical decisions clearly, and keep development aligned with project goals. You will also stay informed about changes to Apple platforms and development practices, applying relevant improvements to the team's work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least eight years of experience developing native iOS applications using Swift and/or Objective-C.
• Previous experience leading a development team or guiding engineers through project delivery.
• Strong working knowledge of Xcode, CocoaPods, Git, and established source-control practices.
• Experience designing iOS application architecture, implementing user interfaces, and writing maintainable, well-tested code.
• Solid understanding of Apple’s design principles and guidance for building intuitive, consistent applications.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services, and implementing suitable offline storage solutions.
• Knowledge of mobile application security practices, including the ability to support compliance with Apple requirements and applicable government security standards.
• A demonstrated history of preparing and publishing applications to the Apple App Store.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project requirements, clarify technical needs, and help define application scope, features, dependencies, and delivery considerations.
• Design and maintain application architecture, including user interface components, local data storage, API connections, and integrations with backend systems.
• Develop and maintain iOS application features using Swift and/or Objective-C, following coding standards and sound engineering practices.
• Implement UI designs with attention to usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and performance across supported Apple devices.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services, and address connectivity and data availability needs, including offline use where appropriate.
• Lead and support the iOS development team through technical guidance, code reviews, planning, and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with backend, QA, UX, and product teams to coordinate implementation, validate requirements, and deliver dependable releases.
• Test, debug, and resolve defects; investigate performance issues; and help ensure the application behaves reliably under expected conditions.
• Help ensure applications meet Apple’s submission guidelines and relevant security requirements, and contribute to App Store release preparation.
• Research evolving iOS frameworks, tools, and platform updates, and recommend improvements that support product quality and team effectiveness.
