We are seeking a highly experienced Lead iOS Engineer with strong hands-on Swift and SwiftUI expertise to support mobile development initiatives for a large enterprise client.

This is a unique, mission-based engineering role. Rather than joining one permanent product team, this engineer will be deployed across different teams and initiatives based on where additional iOS engineering expertise is needed.

The ideal candidate is a strong hands-on engineer who can enter an unfamiliar environment, quickly understand an existing application and codebase, and begin contributing with minimal ramp-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support native iOS applications

Ideal Candidate

The strongest candidates will have recent hands-on experience building production applications with SwiftUI, along with the technical depth to make architecture decisions and independently solve complex iOS development problems.

This role is best suited for an experienced individual contributor who can hit the ground running rather than someone who has moved primarily into people management.
