Siemens Energy is seeking a Lead Investigator to join its Quality Management team for Gas Services North America, based in Orlando, Florida. The role involves leading quality investigations, coaching team members, and ensuring the implementation of action plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, effective communication skills, and experience in root cause analysis, contributing to Siemens' mission of providing reliable and sustainable energy solutions.
We are seeking a Lead Investigator to support the Quality Management function of Gas Services North America (GS NA), located in Orlando, Florida. The role will directly support the respective manager within the NA Quality Organization.
The Investigator role is expected to coordinate and lead complex quality investigations for North America Service using proven RCA tools, report findings, and facilitate potential action plans with stakeholders to ensure organizational learning. This position may require performing duties solo or as part of a multi-functional team. The position requires the ability to travel with very limited notice to support investigations throughout the region.
Gas Services
Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization, including zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines, and generators. We focus on decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
